  • About the ECHO

    To create a learning community for pediatric teams using the DULCE (Developmental Understanding and Legal Consultation for Everyone) approach and other groups supporting families from pregnancy through early childhood. This community will learn together through the ECHO® model, which includes a short presentation and a case discussion, promoting shared learning for all.
  • This 12-month ECHO® program will include didactic training and case-based learning.

    • CME/CEU credits offered at no cost for attendance
    • Best practice sharing among clinical practice teams and the larger learning community of affiliated professionals (doulas, family visiting agencies, lactation consultants, community health workers).
    • Build skills to support families in resolving potential legal issues, meeting key needs, and promoting early development and well-being through a strength-based approach.

  • We are offering "Full Participation" and "Flexible Participation" options for this ECHO series.

    Full Participation Eligibility*:

    • Attend 10 out of 12 sessions
    • Be willing to present a case study

     *Up to 20 stipends are available to individuals or team sessions,

    Individuals may receive a stipend if they are the only participant from their organization. If multiple participants from the same organization or practice participate fully, there is one stipend per organization.

    Up to 20 stipends for individuals or organizations are available.

    We track attendance based on those present in zoom meeting, as well as completion of a session evaluation form after each session.

  • Acknowledgement: By registering, you confirm your acknowledgment and consent to participate as a site/participant in our learning community for the ECHO® Series: Strengthening Families Prenatally through Early Childhood series. Sites/participants agree to:

    • Participate collegially and actively engage in regularly scheduled ECHO® sessions, including presenting cases, brainstorming, providing comments and feedback, and asking relevant questions
    • Keep any patient information provided by other spoke sites, hub team members, or presenters during a session confidential
    • Complete periodic surveys and evaluation after each session to help improve services to clinicians and other partners
    • Provide clinical updates and de-identified outcome data on patients as needed Be solely responsible for the treatment of your patients and understand that all clinical decisions rest with you regardless of recommendations provided by other ECHO® participants
    • Be photographed and recorded during ECHO® sessions for educational purposes.
    • Allow use of my name, likeness, voice, image or performance in a motion picture, digital media, or all other media captured in connection with all Project ECHO® activities, by any and all means, media, devices, process and technology. Release Project ECHO® and its collective licensees (e.g. replicating partners) who show or distribute Project ECHO® material from all claims except to the extent that ECHO® uses the material for other than their intended educational use.
    • Project ECHO® collects data from all ECHO® series to measure, analyze, and report on the program’s reach. Aggregate data is used in reports, on maps and visualizations, for research, for communications and surveys, for data quality assurance activities, and for decision-making related to new initiatives.
