Call for Abstracts: 2026 Care Transformation Collaborative of Rhode Island Annual Conference

“Advancing Primary Care: Innovating for a Sustainable Future”
SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND

The Care Transformation Collaborative of Rhode Island (CTC-RI) is excited to announce its 2026 annual conference “Advanced Primary Care: Envisioning What’s Possible” on November 19, 2026, at the Crowne Plaza in Warwick, RI.

We invite primary care teams, systems of care, health plans, community-based organizations, key stakeholders and others to submit abstracts for 50- minute presentations (40 minutes of content and approximately 10 minutes of questions and answers) scheduled to take place between 9:00am - 12:00pm and /or 1:00 – 2:00pm.

Abstracts submissions for presentations and poster sessions are due May 22, 2026.
